2010 Bah't at Walk Results

This years walk was an outstanding success with over 300 taking part. Even the weather stayed fine and dry.

It was great to see the 9th Bingley bring the Tom Rhodes Trophy back into Aire Valley. Tom was one of the instigators of the Tykes Walk which grew into the Bah't at Walk. He was ADC Venture Scouts in the old Shipley & Baildon District. He was a great fan of long distance walking.

Peter Horner (5th Shipley) and some of his scouts ran a Tombola to raise monies for the 2011 Jamboree in Sweden and did well raising £70.

Many thanks to the 1st Bingley team of leaders who did a sterling job marshalling all 3 routes ensuring the safety of all the walkers.

A large vote of thanks must also go to Ray & Helen Alderman who continue to organize this large and very successful event.
