Cub Scout Skills Competition

These skills competitions are well worth sending your cubs to enjoy. Do listen out for any happening within the district

District Camping Competition

There have been some excellent camping competitions over the years so keep an eye open for any this year

Executive Committee

Executive Committee meetings take place on the 2nd Monday of the month at the Aire Valley District campsite (Sconce)

The every day business & finances of the District are discussed and dealt with here.

Members are nominated or elected at the District Annual General Meeting held annually.

Warrants Committee

Appointments sub Committee meetings are held monthly

All new adult leaders are interviewed prior to a Warrant, Section Assistant or Skills Certificate being granted.

The committee also interviews all warrant renewals

Leader training, where appropriate,  must be completed within 3 years of warrant issue date.

Warrants and Section Assistant Certificates are reviewed after a maximum of 5 years
