Every Cub Pack in the Aire Valley District is invited

to enter teams of 6 Cubs (+ 1 substitute).

 

The Event costs £10 per team and refreshments will be available to buy on the day (hot dogs, hot & cold drinks, crisps & sweets).

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Leaders must book their teams into the competition by contacting Ali Baldwin         (6th Bingley).
This must be done by no later than Sunday 25th April 2010 (district St George's Day Parade)
Payment should be made on the day.

Teams must be booked in by Sunday, 25th April (St George's Parade).  More than 1 team per pack may be entered.

·         Teams must provide their own 'kit' to play in and shin pads are compulsory.  Football boots are advised but trainers may be worn.

·         Teams will play a league system with a semi final & final.  The playing rules have been agreed by the Cub Scout Leaders who have a copy to refer to.

·         There will be 3 pitches set up but volunteer referees and lines men are needed - if you can help please contact your Cub Scout Leader who will inform the event organiser.

·         Leaders must obtain written permission from parents to have photographs taken for promotion of scouting in the local media.

·         A short break for drinks will be held half way through.

·         Pack leaders remain responsible for the behaviour, health matters and emergency contact details (the In Touch System) of their own cubs (and parents!) at all times.

·         First Aid Provision will be provided by the district. 

·         EVERYONE MUST HAVE FUN!!!
