

Every Cub
Pack in the Aire Valley District is invited
to enter
teams of 6 Cubs (+ 1 substitute).
The Event costs £10 per team and refreshments will be
available to buy on the day (hot dogs,
hot & cold drinks, crisps & sweets).


The Greenwood Trophy will
be presented to the Winning Team.
Rules
·
Teams
must be booked in by Sunday, 25th April (St George's Parade). More than 1 team per pack may be entered.
·
Teams must
provide their own 'kit' to play in and shin pads are compulsory. Football boots are advised but trainers may
be worn.
·
Teams will
play a league system with a semi final & final. The playing rules have been agreed by the Cub Scout Leaders who
have a copy to refer to.
·
There will
be 3 pitches set up but volunteer referees and lines men are needed - if
you can help please contact your Cub Scout Leader who will inform the event
organiser.
·
Leaders must
obtain written permission from parents to have photographs taken for promotion
of scouting in the local media.
·
A short
break for drinks will be held half way through.
·
Pack leaders
remain responsible for the behaviour, health matters and emergency contact
details (the In Touch System) of their own cubs (and parents!) at all times.
·
First Aid
Provision will be provided by the district.
·

MUST HAVE FUN!!!
